What is Arknights: Endfield?
Arknights: Endfield is a free-to-play 3D action RPG with real-time strategy layered on top, developed by Hypergryph and published by GRYPHLINE. It is a spin-off of the 2019 tower-defense hit Arknights, but it swaps lane defense for a semi-open world you roam with a four-operator squad.
AIC Factory Automation
Link remote mining nodes with ziplines, refine ore, route conveyor belts and budget electricity until passive output funds your whole account.
Shared Gauge Combat
Four operators share three skill charges. Heavy hits build the enemy imbalance meter, and a full meter opens the burst window where finishers hit hardest.
Talos-II Exploration
Region exploration levels, chest routes, cryptic puzzle modes and extraction runs decide how quickly your account unlocks fast travel and materials.
Operator Progression
Level caps, ascension materials, gear artifacting rolls and weapon supply are the four gates between a fresh pull and an endgame carry.

How do I redeem Arknights: Endfield codes?+
Open the in-game menu with Esc, go to Settings, then Platform and Account, and look for the Exchange Code section. Enter the code and confirm; the rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox. Redemption unlocks only after you clear the opening main story chapters, so new accounts cannot redeem anything until that gate is passed.
How does the AIC factory actually work?+
The Automated Industry Complex is a factory layer bolted onto an action RPG. You place mining outposts on resource nodes, connect them back to your base with ziplines, refine ore into intermediate parts, and move everything along conveyor belts while keeping electricity inside the grid budget. Passive production then funds operator upgrades.
Who are the best operators in Arknights: Endfield?+
Our tier list ranks operators by damage output, team utility, gear investment efficiency and performance in Umbral Monument and Echoes of War rather than by banner recency. The Endministrator, Laevatain and Typhoeus currently sit at the top of most rankings, but flexible supports stay relevant far longer than one-dimensional carries.
How big are teams and how do skills work?+
Squads are four operators, and all four share a skill gauge with three charges. Any operator can spend a charge on a tactical skill, so team building is really gauge budgeting: you want operators whose tactical skills you are happy to spend on, plus at least one source of sustained damage to keep the imbalance meter filling.
What is there to do outside the main story?+
Region exploration levels gate fast travel and reward tiers, chest routes and collectibles reward a single efficient sweep, Delver of the Cryptic supplies environmental puzzles, Etchspace Salvage adds extraction runs where you decide when to bank your loot, and Umbral Monument and Echoes of War provide the repeatable endgame challenges.
When did Arknights: Endfield release?+
Two dates matter and they are easy to confuse. The global launch across PC, PlayStation 5, iOS and Android was January 22, 2026, while the Steam version went live on October 14, 2026. The build covered here is the 1.6 Sanctuary of Ink version that shipped alongside the Steam release.
